Stone Crushing Plant

1.Introduction

Stone Crushing Plant is widely applied to crushing plant for gravel, cobblestone, granite, basalt , quartz stone , gold ore, iron ore, copper ore, diabase , coal gangue , limestone, etc. The quality of final products can reach world level and supplies qualified materials for highway and railway building, water conservancy and hydropower projects, concrete mixing plant, and other stone working sites.

2.Working principle

First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the PE jaw crusher for elementary crushing by the vibrating feeder. Then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to silo or feed hopper for secondary crushing.

According to customers' requirements to final product size and capacity, there are three kinds of secondary crushing plant: PEX jaw crusher, SC cone crusher or SHC hydraulic cone crusher, PF impact crusher or PFV impact crusher.

The secondary products will be separated according to its size by the vibrating screen. The products not matching needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crushing. After the crushing work, the stone will be fine for profit. If customers need sand, then we will configure a sand making machine. For details, you can see our sand making production line.
